Salesian Secondary College is a modern, progressive, co-educational secondary school located in the Co. Limerick countryside in a safe, welcoming environment. With a tradition of excellence in academic achievement and extra-curricular activities we follow the Salesian ethos of the holistic development of students. 12 miles from Limerick city in an atmosphere of friendliness, warmth and personal care we currently have 530 students enrolled in our school.

The Faculty of Science and Engineering at the University of Limerick (UL) offer a special entrance mathematics examination for students who achieve sufficient CAO entry points and satisfy all other entrance requirements, but who do not achieve the requisite grade in Mathematics (Ordinary or Honours) in the Leaving Certificate.
