Well done to the U16 Camogie team on their great win over Kanturk of Cork on a scoreline of 9-8 to 1-2 the the Munster quater final. Despite the scoreline, this was a game the girls battled the full sixty minutes for and clinical finishing and solid defensive display proved the difference.
The scores came from Sarah Leahy (3-1), Megan Griffin (2-1), Jade Gilane (2-2), Nicole Keyes (1-0), Mikeala Keyes (1-2) and Ciara Barry (0-2).
Well done to all the girls involved.
