1st Year Vaccination Programme

Dear Parent / Guardian,

HSE Vaccination Programme Packs will be given to all 1st year students today. Please complete the consent form and return to the school no later than this Thursday, 21st October.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, vaccinations will not take place in the school. The HSE will contact you directly with appointment date, time and location of vaccination centres.
