Dear Parents/Guardians,
1st Year students will commence on Wednesday, 27th August 2025 at 9.00am. They will finish at 3.20pm.
School times are;
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9.00am – 3.20pm
Tuesday & Thursday 9.00am – 4.00pm
Students will be given their timetable, school journal and allocated their lockers on Wednesday.
All students will be given a school email address, a temporary password and instructions on how to log in to their emails and change their password.
Please ensure they bring a notebook or copy and a pen with them on Wednesday.
School Book Distribution – Class teachers will oversee the distribution of books by subject over this week and next. Students will collect books from a designated area and store them in their lockers. We recommend students bring books home each day to label them clearly with their name, then return them to school as needed.
The tuck shop will be open at lunch time from 1.20 – 1.45. We accept cash or card. If using card, please remember to remove it from your phone before the phones are put into the locked pouches.
Our canteen has transitioned from food being cooked on site to a pre-order meal service – ‘Food Village School Meals Service’. A Food Village representative will be at our school to give each year group instructions on Friday the 29th of August. A Food Village representative will also be on site all day Monday to make sure things run smoothly. There is no canteen/food village service this week, it will commence on Monday, 1st September.
Students to wear their full school uniform not the PE uniform on Wednesday.
1st Year students do not have school this Thursday, 28th August. All students 1st – 6th year will have school on Friday, 29th August.
