1st Home Economics

Our 1st year Home Economics students had great excitement this week, as they had their first cookery class. Each class made Rocky Road, which was a nice introduction to the kitchen, the hygiene and safety rules and different procedures to follow. They all did a fantastic job and hopefully some Rocky Road managed to get home to the parents!!
