Guide to Communication from Parents to Teachers and Yearheads to Our School

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

To ensure prompt and efficient communication, please use the following methods when making contact with Salesian Secondary College:

Subject Teachers: Contact teachers directly via email for classroom materials and curriculum matters.

Yearheads: Contact yearheads via email for serious issues and school-wide matters.

Deputy Principal and Principal: Contact the management team directly via email for concerns about your child or general support.

Secretaries: Contact the main office for application forms and administrative matters.

Digital Communication:

• Use the VSWARE App to notify the school of appointments and absences.
• Use the School Unique App primarily for payments and to receive activity notifications. Although you can contact the school using this app it is not the fastest method of communication.
• School Website which provided parents with access to school policy documents and publications

Please note: Email is the preferred method of contact for most inquiries. You are welcome to contact us by phone.
