Dear Parents / Guardians,
Currently all of your son/daughter’s school reports and attendance are available for you to view on VS Ware (our student database). You can log into VS Ware by clicking the following link https://salesianscollege.app.vsware.ie/ or download the VS Ware app through your App Store by searching for VS Ware App.
Following a trial period where you used the School App to submit all attendance notes, lates, permission to leave early etc., we have made the decision to move the recording of attendance notes to VS Ware only to keep all student information in one place. This allows attendance updates to occur instantly for accurate records.
We are hoping that you will be able to record any lates, absences, permissions to leave early through the VS Ware App when we return to school on the 6th of January. If this facility is available earlier we will let you know. In the meantime (from tomorrow Thursday, 10th December) please email secretary@salesiancollege.ie if you son/daughter is late, needs to leave early or is absent from school so that we can keep our records precise. Please do not use the school app anymore for the recording of attendance.
