Congratulations to 6th year student Matteo Jeanneau-Zoncada who was only one of 3 Limerick students who reached the National Final of the All Ireland Linguistics Olympiad (AILO) in Dublin City University recently. The competition involved solving puzzles in unfamiliar languages that require logical thinking and the ability to think outside the box. Only 100 finalists successfully reached the National Final with more than 3,500 students registered for this year’s contest.
