Dear Parents/Guardians,
As we approach December, we would like to encourage good school attendance and to avoid absence days where possible (illness, appointments etc). Generally each year, we would see a drop in attendance in the month of December across the school, that was not related to illness. We would like to remind you that classes are very much continuing as normal, with CBA’s still ongoing and being started in some Junior Cycle subjects. Therefore it is important that students avoid missing time unnecessarily.
Where students are absent, please continue to submit notes on VSWare explaining the absence, as this is a requirement from Tusla for our records.
