Dear Parents / Guardians,
Just a gentle reminder regarding the NEW PROCEDURE for recording your son/daughters attendance.
The VS Ware shortcut in the school app is no longer available.
Please download VS Ware’s own App by searching for VS Ware in your App Store.
You must now record your son/daughters attendance directly on VS Ware yourself. You can record partial or full absences, appointments etc. Please remember if it is a partial absence or a late to input the times correctly otherwise it will be recorded for the full day. Absences need to be input onto VS Ware before 9am each day.

Please do not submit an attendance note through the NOTE FROM PARENT function here on the school app, all attendance must be submitted through the VS Ware app only.
