Dear Parent/Guardian,
As we adjust to returning to school, we would like to remind you of the procedures we have in place for absence notes, late notes or notes for permission to leave school early. Our notes system will remain the same as we had at the end of last year.
Firstly you will need to download the VS Ware App (instructions attached). You have already been given your log-in details for VS Ware, any queries please e-mail secretary@salesiancollege.ie. The following video will demonstrate how to complete an absence note, late note or permission to leave early note: https://support.vsware.ie/en/a-parent-sending-an-absence-request
Notes must be submitted by 9am each day. If your son/daughter is leaving early/arriving late, they must check with the secretary when arriving or leaving to ensure we have received a note. Please ensure all absences, late arrivals and early departures are accounted for as unexplained absences will be followed up on.
