Clothes Collection for St Vincent de Paul

Vinny’s van came to the school today to collect all the donations of clothes collected by our Young SVP group in collaboration with Ms Rock’s 6th year Spanish class. In total 20 bags of clothes were collected for St Vincent de Paul’s consignment centre. These clothes will be recycled or sold as pre-loved clothing in Vincent’s many clothes shops. The aim of this campaign was to raise awareness about sustainability in fashion which had its roots in the eTwinning project with Ies Cuatro Caminos school in Don Benito, Spain.
