Festive Treats in Home Ec

Our Home Economics students have been getting into the festive spirit in the kitchen, making and decorating a variety of sweet treats. 1st years made Melting Snowmen Shortbread Biscuits, 2nd Years Christmas Tree Cupcakes and 3rd years Yule Logs. The student displayed their creativity and the winners in Ms. Scally’s classes for the 1st year decorating competition were 1. Molly O’Donoghue, Moya O’Gorman and Isabelle O’Donnell and 2. Chelsea Daly and Eve Namara. Highly commended went to Lillian McDermott, Elada Kanopaite and Lucy Holton.
