Our canteen has transitioned from food being cooked on site to a pre-order meal service. The company we are working with services many other schools in the country and they have an excellent reputation for good food.
We are delighted to welcome you to the Food Village School Meals Service.

ONBOARDING DAY **Required Actions**
On this onboarding day, a Food Village representative will arrive at our school to talk with each year group and show a video on how to use the mobile ordering app. This video is 5 minutes long and we will have a short Q&A after to ensure everyone understands the new service. We will take no more than 15 minutes per group.
• Please ensure that you have the Food Village app downloaded and your account registered before the onboarding day.
• Our Onboarding day is: Friday the 29th of August at 11am
• All students to bring their phones with them to school on this day. We understand this is contrary to our new no-phone policy, but we only ask the students to bring their phone on this one day only, so we can ensure they understand how to order via the app and how to connect a key tag to their account. Each student will receive their key tag at the onboarding assembly.
• The key tag attachment is a crucial step to ensuring a smooth-running queue and service in our school as this is what all students use to collect their meals.
(Your child will need a packed lunch for the first week of school 25th to 29th Sept)
Our first day of Food Village service is Monday the 1st of September .
A Food Village representative will be on site all day Monday to make sure things run smoothly.
