A Master Class in Indian Cuisine – Pics

Fr Savio visited the Home Economics kitchen on Monday and demonstrated his culinary skills by making a traditional Indian chicken curry served with egg fried vegetables and rice.  He spoke to the students about the quality of the ingredients used especially the spices that give the characteristic heat to Indian food.  He demonstrated cooking techniques used in India.
At the end of the demonstration the students and staff tasted the dishes.
Fr Savio received rave reviews for his dishes…. they were simply delicious.
