You would be mistaken to think that the room was filled with famous mathematicians such as Einstein, Newton or Pythagoras. Instead it was our first year students from class Grey and class Caulfeild. Yesterday we held a quiz for our first years for maths week and they didn’t disappoint. Their Mathematical knowledge was exceptional and their competitiveness was ever present. In the end after a hard fought battle, the winning team consisted of Darragh Moloney, Dara Cronin and Modestas Kuliesis. Congrats and well done. Huge thanks also to our Transition years who helped run the quiz.
