Geography Field Trip

Leaving Certificate Geographical Investigation 2021-2022

This year Leaving Certificate Geography students did their Geographical Investigation in Lahinch, Co. Clare. This investigation is worth 20% of their Leaving Cert Geography grade and involved looking at the Impact of 2 specific processes of deposition and transportation on the shaping of the landscape in a coastal environment. Students will now write up their investigation in the classroom. Students really enjoyed the day while getting to experience Geography in the great outdoors.
