Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,
At a time like this, just after a bereavement, it can be difficult for both students and parents. Here is a designated support line set up by the ISPCC Childline services for you to contact over the next four weeks starting from today. We are very grateful to this organisation and to NEPS for facilitating this in our school.
This line will be available on a 24-hour basis. It is an active listening line which is non-directive in nature. The purpose of the line is to offer support to the school/organisation community within the area giving the children and young people the opportunity to talk about their feelings, worries or concerns following this tragedy. It is a confidential line in which we do not use caller ID or trace calls.
