To all current 3rd year students.
Every year as part of TY we have students who take part in the Limerick Sports Partnership VIP programme, this runs in UL every Monday of the school term.
I am aware that application for TY has not opened yet but this process kicks off prior to that. So if you are interested in doing this programme and are planning on doing TY you can read below and follow the steps to start the process.
2024/2025 VIP programme.
Students who are interested in signing up for the programme can do so through our online registration https://limericksports.ie/vip-transition-year-programme-2024-2025-academic-year/ . Please note that only students who have registered through this application process will be eligible for interview.
All participants are required to be 16 by 30th April 2025, students may be required to provide proof of age on acceptance of place.
Online registration will be open from Tuesday 6th Feb @9am to Thursday 22nd Feb @23.59.
All participants who register will be offered a 1st round interview via Zoom. These interviews will take place between the 4th and 7th March.
Those who are successful in 1st round interview will be invited to attend an in-person interview on either 13th or 14th March. (Please note that these are the only dates available for interview. Alternative dates will not be offered).
