Mental Health Week

We are focusing on focusing on mental health with various activities taking place beginning last week, the TY group From Mindout did a 5k walk for mental health. Breast Cancer Ireland delivered a talk to all TY girls. All week SPHE classes will be doing walk and talk .Religion classes are visiting the gratitude wall and posting 3 things they are grateful for. Mental Health experts now tell us that focusing on the positives in our lives in one way to improve our mental health. Showing gratitude and being grateful for what we have is a very simple measure we can all take on to grow this positivity. Our Our 6th year class Rinaldi left 3 pieces of advice for our new first years on their lockers today. Today first years enjoyed the Connect Café.
