Everyone once in a while, pretend to be a child again. 

Do you remember how curious you were then?

Mindfulness is seeing things with fresh eyes. Bring back those child like moments and find a new way to behave mindfully. Children see magic in everyday things:

  • Raindrops glistening on leaves 

  • Stars twinkling in the sky

  • The slow but sure progress of a snail making its way around the garden. 

Look around and start seeing the world through a child’s eyes.
