Senior Retreats

Senior Retreats took place on Wednesday and Thursday this week. Well done to all who took part and to An Tobar Nua for facilitating these great days. These days are a great opportunity to pause, meditate, and a day to reflect on our purpose in life. We hope you all enjoyed it.
