Our 3rd year students in SPHE classes had a special guest speaker from TY this week. As part of TY, David Bowler, did a research project on Sugar Crash and presented his findings to all 3rd year students. Together, they discussed the short and long term effects of sugar addiction, and the healthy habits people should adopt to avoid a sugar crash. It was also an opportunity for the students to ask questions about their upcoming TY interviews and the TY year.
