Could all students travelling log into https://schooltour.ie/ and update all passport details by next Wednesday 18th March. If these are not correct they cannot check you in.
Consent form for travel through immigration is now live on the school app consent section. This needs to be completed on the school app by next Wednesday 18th March also.
Reminder we are asking all parents to drop students to Shannon Airport on the 20th and collect on the 23rd. Times TBC.
All students are entitled to a 10kg Bag. Breakfast and Dinner is paid for, students need money for lunch.
Dietary and Medical
Any student with Dietary or medical requirements needs to email me before 18th March.
EHIC
Please apply for an EHIC card and students can carry this with them for Healtcare abroad.
Teachers will carry passports for students abroad. Please check dates on all passports again.
Rather than collecting a photocopy of passports, we would ask all students to take a picture on their phone.
Itinerary will be shared when it is finalised.
