U15 Boys Secure Hard-Fought Victory in North Munster Quarter-Final

Our U15 boys’ soccer team battled to a well-earned 1-0 victory over Thomond College in the North Munster quarter-final. It was a tense and competitive match from start to finish, with both teams displaying great determination.
From the kickoff, Salesian College fought hard, maintaining pressure and creating key opportunities. The breakthrough came just before half-time, as Darragh O’Shaughnessy found the back of the net with a crucial goal to give us the lead.
In midfield, Geoff O’Donnell led by example, captaining the team well and controlling the flow of play. At the back, our defense held strong, with Michael Costello putting in a standout performance in goal, making multiple vital saves to keep a well-deserved clean sheet.
