Dear Parents / Guardians,
We appear to be still getting a lot of parents/guardians submitting notes through the parent note section on this school app to notify Year Heads that their son/daughter is either absent or leaving early for an appointment. Thank you for keeping us up to date and communicating with us however we just want to give you a gentle reminder regarding the NEW PROCEDURE for recording your son/daughters attendance. Please do not submit an attendance note through the NOTE FROM PARENT function here on the school app, all attendance must be submitted through the VS Ware app only.
You can still use the note from parent section to make contact with your son/daughters Year Head or secretary for any other matters aside from attendance.
Please download VS Ware’s own App by searching for VS Ware in your App Store.
You must now record your son/daughters attendance directly on VS Ware yourself. You can record partial or full absences, appointments etc. Please remember if it is a partial absence or a late to input the times correctly otherwise it will be recorded for the full day. Absences need to be input onto VS Ware before 9am each day.
