Continue to:
Keep your distance
Wear a face covering
Wash your hands
Cover coughs and sneezes
Self-isolate if you have symptoms
Take a break from the news and social media

For the next couple of weeks, the Wellbeing Department has teamed up with the Student Services Department and we are bringing you three Lovely Initiatives that will help improve your wellbeing, help you manage stress and provide resilience skills.
