Continue to:
• Keep your distance.
• Wear a face covering.
• Wash your hands.
• Cover coughs and sneezes.
• Self-isolate if you have symptoms.
• Take a break from the news and social media.

Steps Competition
Well done to everyone on the fantastic steps last week. Try to keep this up because getting out for a walk is a very welcomed break for our physical and mental Health.

Milford Hospice Virtual 10km
This weekend the 30th and 31st January, Milford Hospice are holding their Annual 10km Walk/Run . Unfortunately this year it has to be a virtual event . if anyone is interested in this event
